Today, the sis got to work from home, so we went to Parkway for lunch. We had seen a standee for the What the Fish @ Parkway Parade special promotion at the foodcourt, so we decided to go try it out. We had previously tried the whole grilled fish and it wasn't too bad, so we didn't think it would so bad. We ordered the Nourishing Collagen Fish Fillet and Pickled Savoury Fish Fillet ($5.80 each). The sets came with rice, beancurd and enoki mushroom.
The dishes are okay, although there is not enough food to really give a good review. The rectangular hot plate/pot that the fish came in seemed too big given the serving. Compared to the fish in the noodle dishes at Kipo's Kitchen, the fish here is like ikan bilis. The soup is seasoned well, but nothing to shout about.
Overall, I gave this 3 Aunty Karens. Although there are not that many good stalls at Parkway, I don't think I will be going back. I would rather walk further for better food.
