So there has been quite a bit of change in Parkway Parade since I've been away. There are new shops and restaurants. Isetan is no more. Even the foodcourt is different with different stalls. The space which used to be Han's has been replaced by Blanco Court Beef Noodles. Since I have not tried this before (or maybe I've had but don't remember), I decided to give it a try today.
I ordered the Superior Beef Noodle Dry ($9.90) which had salted vegetables and lots of peanuts. I love to put the chilli sauce straight into the noodle and mix everything up. It was good enough for 4.5 Aunty Karens. Good flavours and textures from a good mix of different ingredients. Superior indeed. Yum.
