FuFu Pot @ Plaza Singapura

On this 4th day of Chinese New Year, we, the younger sis and I, decided to venture to Orchard Road for lunch. I wanted to go to the new Pop Mart shop at PS, so we went in search of food there. Since it's been raining for a few days, we wanted to get hot pot, but not the usual Haidilao or Beauty Pot. Which led us to FuFu Pot, which serves individual pots and pre-selected ingredients to go with the broth.

As they have a weekday lunch promotion at $14.90, we went for that and ordered the Tomato Soup (original price $18) and the Collagen Soup ($24 original). There is a pre-select list of ingredients to choose from. You can also pay to add premium ingredients. We opted mainly for the free ingredients. One of them is torched cheese which the wait staff did at the table, captured in the video below. Some drinks were also on the list, and we chose the cold matcha.

The hot pot was great. The soup was flavourful and the ingredients went well with the broth. There was a good mixture of meat and non-meat items. It doesn't seem a lot, but we were quite full after. This special lunch was really value for money. Overall, I give this 4.5 Aunty Karens.

After lunch, we went to the Pop Mart store and also got coffee at a new coffee joint, which I write about in the next post.
